Antibody Diluents
Revival Series
The Revival Series of Super Antibody Diluents: DaVinci Green, Monet Blue, Renoir Red and Van Gogh Yellow are optimized formulations for improving antibody titers and are extremely stable for long-term storage. The color-coded Revival diluents were compared to the majority of PBS-based and Tris-based diluents available. In the majority of cases, titers have been improved 2 to 4 times with either DaVinci Green, Monet Blue, Renoir Red or Van Gogh Yellow diluents. Greater dilution of primary antibodies provides higher specificity, thus potentially eliminating false positives.

Antigen Retrieval Solutions
HIER Buffer
These buffers unmask epitopes that have been cross-linked by formalin fixation. These HIER solutions are specially formulated for superior pH stability at high temperatures. All Decloaker solutions incorporate Assure™ color-coded pH indicator technology, this assures by visual inspection that the solution is at the correct dilution and pH. Products can be stored at room temperature, with the exception of EDTA. All HIER buffers are sodium azide and thimerosal free. These products are specially formulated for superior pH stability at high temperature, and will help prevent the loss of pH-sensitive antigens. The retrieval solutions also block endogenous peroxidase and reduce nonspecific background, except Antigen Decloaker, Nuclear Decloaker and EDTA Decloaker.

Background Punisher & Background Sniper
Background Punisher
Casein has proven to be a superior blocking reagent as compared to serum proteins. Background Punisher is specifically formulated for superior pH stability and is sodium azide and thimerosal free. It can also be used with a semi-automated or manual staining protocol.
Background Sniper (Universal)
A blue color-coded universal blocking reagent for IHC procedures. It has been formulated with recombinant blocking proteins and is serum free. It can be used with any detection system and on both human and animal tissues and for cell culture techniques.
